At 7:30 PM on Friday, June 19, the Little Quilt Auction will begin in the Delaware Room of the Hyatt
Regency Hotel. The generosity of contributors and buyers in the past has made this an eagerly anticipated
tradition at the Annual NQA Show.
We cordially invite you to be an important part of this exciting evening by donating one of your creations.
Miniatures, doll quilts, and small wall hangings make excellent donations. Please limit the size to no more
than 28" on any side.
At the discretion of the committee and directed by the number of entries, a selection of these quilts will
be offered at the Daily Silent Auction. Bidding on the show floor for this special event will commence at
9 AM and conclude at 3:30 PM each day of the show.
Please sign or permanently label the back of your donation quilt, and include the LQA Entry Form found by
clicking here. This information will be used in the LQA brochure and for
commentary during the live auction.
Donations must be received by June 1, 2009 to be included in the brochure. However, donations will be
accepted through June 16. A receipt for the monies raised will be provided at the conclusion of the auction
for your personal records.
