Pre-Registration Information
Workshops fill on a "first come, first served" basis. There will be no waiting list. Note: Kit, materials, and pattern fees are paid in class to teacher.
Confirmations will be mailed to registrants unless email acceptance is marked on your registration form.
Seats for the Preview Party, the Thursday Gathering, and the Friday Dinner are available on a "first come, first served" basis. Space is limited for these events. As long as space is available, seats may be purchased at the Show Registration Desk during show hours.
You may pre-register for food events ONLY without paying a registration fee. See Registration Form for details.
Cancellation Insurance is available. Please see details below.
Cancellation Insurance
Because circumstances can change, we offer Cancellation Insurance. Payment of the $20.00 fee guarantees you the option of canceling your pre-registration on or before Wednesday, May 26, 2010 and receiving a full refund less the $15 registration fee. This is payable with your initial registration only - insurance cannot be added after your initial registration has been processed.
Without the insurance, refunds - less the registration fee - will be made only until Monday, April 12, 2010.
No refunds will be given for any reason after Wednesday, May 26, 2010. No Exceptions.
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the show registrar on or before the appropriate date.
Scooter Rental
Information on scooter rentals will be available at a later date.

Transportation
Downtown Columbus is easily accessed from Port Columbus International Airport and from the surrounding major highways. Downtown shuttle service is available from the airport. Parking is plentiful in the Convention Center area.

Sack Sitters
For a small fee, a place to store your belongings and purchases will be provided on the show floor.
We must regretfully prohibit wheeled shopping bags from the show floor. They are a safety hazard and will not be allowed.

Quilt Show Entries
Quilts and quilted clothing may be submitted by both NQA members and non-members.
Please note that quilt size is considered only in the Miniature category. Other categories are determined by the quilt's technique or intended use, not size. Please download entry form(s) (PDF) to submit your quilt or clothing entry. One form is needed per item entered.
Little Quilt Auction — To Benefit The NQA Grant Program
At 7:30 P.M. on Friday, June 18, the Little Quilt Auction will begin in the Union Room of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The generosity of contributors and buyers in the past has made this an eagerly anticipated tradition at the Annual NQA Show.
We cordially invite you to be an important part of this exciting evening by donating one of your creations. Miniatures, doll quilts, and small wall hangings make excellent donations. Please limit the size to no more than 28" on any side.
All of these quilts will be available for viewing on the show floor prior to the live auction. A Viewer's Choice ribbon will be awarded to both the maker and to the winning bidder for that quilt.
At the discretion of the committee and directed by the number of entries, a selection of these quilts will be offered at Silent Auction each day of the show. Bidding on the show floor for this event will begin at 9 A.M. and end at 3:30 P.M.
Please sign or permanently label the back of your donation quilt, and include the LQA Entry Form (PDF). This information will be used in the LQA brochure and for commentary during the live auction.
Donations must be received by May 15, 2010 to be included in the brochure. Late donations will be held for the next auction. A receipt for the monies raised will be provided at the conclusion of the auction for your personal records.
