NQA Leadership

Andi Perejda, Ph.D., Education Chair, has been sewing since childhood and quilting since 1990. She is an NQA Certified Judge who also teaches quiltmaking workshops, including needle-turn appliqué, hand quilting and circle of illusion. She has three teaching videos on the market with Jukebox Quilts.

Andi has won many awards for her quilts, including two Mary Krickbaum Awards at NQA, Merit Hand Quilting at IQA, McCall's Hand Workmanship Award at AQS, Best of Show & Appliqué Master at The Appliqué Society Show, and First Prize in Art Quilts at both NQA and Houston.
